all liability, legal actions, torts and claims, including legal fees,
resulting from but not limited to Buyer's use (or misuse) of the watercraft
or other items purchased. In no case shall the liability of Company,
its owners, agents or assigns ever exceed the purchase price (less
shipping) of any watercraft, accessory, or other item that was purchased
or obtained by User from Watercraft Technologies, Inc. If any part
of this agreement is held invalid by a court of law, all other provisions
shall remain in full force. This disclaimer is governed by the laws
of the State of Florida. This disclaimer may be updated from time
to time and User agrees that it shall remain in full force.
Shipping/ Warranty
ALL USA orders sent with signature required. Listed shipping cost
is for the 48 contiguous States only. Shipping to AK, HI & PR is an
additional cost.
Will NOT ship to a Postal box, APO or FPO.
Tracking will be sent next day when shipped, so please check your
email for information.
Returns:
Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase with a 15% restocking
fee, provided they are returned in their original undamaged box with
all accessories. Defective items will be replaced within 30 days of
the original purchase date provided they are returned in their original
box with all the accessories.
You must contact us for Return Authorization number. All RMA takes
5-10 days to process after we receive the defective merchandise. Shipping
and handling is not refundable. It has been our experience that many
items can be fixed with a quick call our customer support. If there
is a part missing in the box the item can only be exchanged for the
SAME item you purchased. All return shipping is paid for by the buyer.
Sales Tax:
We collect sales tax for Florida.
Shipping:
We ship by carrier on listing: UPS, DHL, USPS or FedEx and we will
switch carriers upon our discretion. We usually ship 1-6 days after
payment. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico contact us for
a quote. Shipping options are available and please contact seller
for quotes: Next Day, 2nd day, ETC. There is no shipping on weekends.
We ship to street addresses only, no PO Box, APO or FPO. We do not
guarantee same day shipment. We can be contact by Email and normally
respond within 24-48 hours. We normally take weekends and Holidays
off. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or pricing
errors.
